Is there a nice Contact *Logging* App?

Instead of an automatic contact tracing application, what I would like someone to develop is an app that gives me the chance to press a button to start logging my location (and date/time) info, add notes (seeing Bob), and then stop the logging when I leave the place.

It would stay on my phone until I choose to export to a csv file. It'd be a simple database application with start and stop interface.

Anyone do anything like this?

Why do you need this app? I can develop it. But I need to make sure it can become popular.
