Is there a noise surpriession issue with this device on marshmallow?

I was about to purchase this device again but I've read there's an issue at the moment where people can't hear others on calls due to the noise surpriession drying bring disabled in marshmallow. Just wondered if this still an issue for people?

Some times but very rarely, i can hear myself talking when i talk to others, sort of feed back.
I dont know if its a problem with me or some one else. But 99% of the time, i dont hear it.
