is there a way to lock owner if your on 4.2 using multiuser.. example if i set a user acct for the girlfriens can i lock just my private info and not hers lol (hells angels motto trust no 1 lol) id like to do a facial reconition on owner too if possible

Yes, you can set a pin/lock pattern/face unlock for each account. The "owner" account can edit/delete additional user accounts but they can't edit the "owner" account

The facial recognition is insecure and can be defeated with a little effort. If you want your Nexus 7 to be secure then I suggest you don't use it.
