I've had the phone for several months now, but can't help but feel like there is a plastic protection sheet over the camera lense? it looks like there is, but I dont want to start scratching at it encase there isnt. Anyone else discovered this?

thanks, I mean does the lense come with a sheet over it? when you get a brand new phone it always has plastic lining around it, does the lense have this on it?

Yes it does but you can see that because it is like a ring u peel it of but if u can't see the ring maybe it's of

Mine didn't have protection on the lens. I guess if you see a plastic 'sticker' on the lens it's there, if you can't see it easily I guess it has no protection on it?

It does ship with a plastic scratch protector sheet over it. When I got mine at the AT&T store the rep removed it during the unboxing and setup of the phone. If you did your own unboxing you probably need to gently remove the protective film yourself. Look at the camera lens from various angles under a very bright light to see of there's a film covering it. If I remember correctly the film covered both the lens and the flash so it should be pretty obvious if it's still there.
