Yes and its called Google Assistant. Press and hold your Home button to activate and set it up. It will ask you to say "Ok Google" three times to set up the voice recognition

Yeah the Google assistant is just as good as siri. You can make it so it will respond to you when you say "okay Google."

Also Cortana. She has the best personality out of them all. But sadly deep integration can only be had from google and OEM.

only a minor detail, after unlock the phone screen

Long press your LG v20 Home button
you'll see a bunch of icons-Tap

on the "G" then say "oK Google open AndroidCentral"
and Google assistant will do that: Report results
