Is there a vendor/support who can roll back the latrst note 5 upgrade?

Have a galaxy note 5 and recent update is not acceptable and prefer previous software.

You can find the archive of versions on samfirmware.com Make sure to get it for your EXACT model/submodel.
From there you can use Odin to install it. It will likely prompt to upgrade OTA afterwards though, so your mileage may vary when you're done.
