Is there a way around not having to unlock my s9 to turn on my bluetooth

Is there a way around not having to unlock my s9 to turn on Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or use the shortcuts from the swipe down menu at the top of the phone e.g. if I need to connect my phone to my car Bluetooth when I use the swipe down shortcuts, press Bluetooth it tells me I have to unlock the phone - this is long.

Go to settings>lock screen and security security>secure lock settings and then turn off the lock network and security option
