Is there a way to broadcast all app sounds over Bluetooth?

I'm seeking to get all phone sounds to play over bluetooth through my car's system. Specifically, I'd like to hear Android Auto, so I can hear road directions and be able to get my messages read. Unfortunately, solutions like Tune2air are only for broadcasting music.

Android Auto reads my texts to me. If you're looking for emails to be read, that's not the purpose of Android Auto. Also, I believe only one messaging app can be selected to have messages available through AA.
