Is there a way to change keyboard size?

I have a moto g3 and would like to increase the keyboard size for messaging.
Also, can auto correct be turned off?

The auto correction can be disabled in settings - language & input - Google keyboard - text correction. As far as I know there's no way to change the size in the Google keyboard. You could try a third party one like SwiftKey.
