Hey guys, no. Not a launcher favor man I am. So I need to know is there a way to change the icons without a launcher?

Long-press an app icon and a purple paintbrush icon will appear on it. Touch that and it will open options for changing the style of the app icons.

There's no way to run an Android phone without a launcher - your phone comes with one.

However ... there are a few icon sets for the G3, or you can use Icon Changer to change the icon of any app to one from any icon set, or "redecorate" it yourself.
