is there a way to fix my phone?

I dropped my phone and now it has these weird lines going across the bottom left hand quarter of the screen and nothing within that part will work when i click it. is there a way to fix it.

It can be fixed, if you don't mind a possibly expensive repair. If you're lucky, it'll just need a new screen. It's not common, but possible something else was damaged causing a bad connection from the main board and require more extensive repairs. That's not also factoring in other damage that may be discovered during the repair.

In some cases, it costs more to repair than the phone is worth and you may be better off just replacing it.
