Is there a way to get a moto g6 to automatically restart after a dead battery recharge?

Hello.
Can a moto g6 phone be configured to automatically restart after a dead batter recharge?
I set up a phone for an elderly person who sometimes unplugs the phone's charger and the battery drains then the phone shuts off.
I had to charge for a while and manually restart the phone. The person has some dementia so they cant do a restart.

It would be nice to have the phone come back online after it has charged enough.
Can the phone be configured to do this or perhaps a macro?
I have not found anything on google.
