Is there a way to get Motion Photos on the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro?

I have upgraded from a Galaxy S8 to an XCover Pro...overall good phone, but it appears Motion Photos are not in the Camera app. Is there a way to get this feature back? Since this is a newer phone I assume the hardware will support this.

It would seem that not all Samsung devices support that feature.
