Is there a way to hide the last called number from the phone app?

Hi,

It shows the call like this (number is rogers'):

Is there a way so it doesn't show any number there? I just want to see the clean phone screen, as if I clicked Call. Is there a way to do this? I just find it annoying to see the last number there.

it is annoying. and no matter how you rearrange the tabs for CONTACTS/PHONE/CALL HISTORY, that is the first screen that shows up when you hit the telephone icon. i wanted my history to come up first, like my beloved blackberrys did. no solution. sorry. i did eventually get used to it. and of course there's probably an app for that.

clear your call history?

Try holding down the call you want to delete, and then if options pop up, select delete. If they don't pop up, then I don't know if you can delete recent calls.

Got to your phone and click settings and on the third line down make sure it says full screen key pad if not click on it to change it and that will do away with the last number called .

Thanks alot guys. Holding down on the phone number shown only lets me to delete it from the record so it shows up as new but it still shows there. Full screen keypad solves the problem, thanks
