Is there a way to hide the ssid number on my note 20 hotspot?

I recently got rid of my hughesnet and am running hotspot off my note 20 on t mobile. My neighbors have 3 different networks I was seeing show up every time I went to connect to my hotspot. Now, I've noticed I don't see them any more and assume, they are hiding there networks and just want to make sure they are not some how getting into my hotspot I do, have a password for mine is that enough? Thanks folks!

Under hotspot configuration, tap advanced and you can toggle on hidden network.

It's incredibly unlikely anyone will be able to access your network if you have a half decent password though.

With the caveat that my device is unlocked.

IMO, a good password is enough to keep others off your hotspot. You can hide your ssid but there are also apps available where others can see hidden ssids.
