Is there a way to make the notification from a particular app sound like an alarm?

I have a crypto trading app and the notification sound is so low. I need a way to make it loud like an alarm.

Welcome to Android Central! You can always go to Settings>Apps, select the app, tap Notifications, then select the main notification category there, and change the notification tone to something else. If none of the preinstalled tones are good enough for you, then you can add your own by saving any sound file to the /Notifications directory: Android 101: Adding your own custom sounds to Android events | Android Central
