Is there a way to play two audio sources at the same time?

I'm using an LG G4 running Android 6.0 marshmallow. While I watch YouTube I like to have a music track running in the background from another audio source (Spotify), but when I play Spotify and open up the YouTube app and play a video, the current song pauses and the YouTube video plays. Is there any way to make these both play simultaniously?

Welcome.
I do not believe that is possible. By design, the device will pause one source if another is chosen.
