Is there a way to switch out quick apps

I love the quick access to VoiceMate, Google, and QuickMemo which come default with the swipe-up feature. I'm also a huge fan of being about to use the volume buttons to instantly access the Camera or QuickMemo. The only issue is that those aren't really the apps that I want to quickly access. Is there a way to switch out the apps for these functions?
