Is there a way to sync outlook calendar w/phone w/o Google/Gmail?

I want to sync my calendar on my Razr with my Outlook calendar but I don't want to go through Google or Gmail -- is there any to sync directly between the phone and my PC?

you can use "MyPhoneExplorer" for that. It can sync calenders, notes, contacts with outlooks, Windows and others.
