Android Central Question

Hi, I have a Samsung Galxy S5 Neo with Android 6.0.1 (root), a Behringer U-Control UCA222 audio interface and a OTG adapter. I would like to do stereo recordings with simple recording apps, but these ones, even if they have the "stereo" option for recording, they get the left channel only and record it in both channels. (I've tried several ones: all of them do the same)

The only app that I've found that can solve this is n-Track Studio, because it lets choosing between real inputs (not just "microphone", "camcorder" or "default"). So, I chose the first one with 2 channels, and the recording is real stereo. Unfortunately, it doesn't let to play sounds to other apps on the background and I need that (and anyway, I would like to use a simple app, that one is too heavy)

Does anyone know if there is any way to "tell" Android that I want a real stereo input, and not just the first channel (left) if I plug this USB device?

Thanks for you time.

If you're going to be doing a lot of mixing with multiple channels using a mobile device, I'd avoid an Android device and just get a good laptop.

Ok, thanks, mustang7757! I'll try in XDA then.

smvim, just causal recordings for myself of already mixed signals from an external device. I use computers for internal mixing, thanx for the advice!
