Is there a way to turn off the D.S.T (daylight savings time) change on a V20?

All I can find is the setting to disable auto time zone. This suck because I am frequently in N.M. which uses DST, but I live in AZ, which does not.

You can use the Mountain Standard Time which doesn't flactuate with daylight savings. If you do want daylight savings go with Mountain Daylight Time. With either case I would disable auto time zone so your settings won't get changed. Just for fun...you can also setup dual roaming clocks on the lock screen with different time zones.

I think phones pick up their timing from the towers, so it should auto adjust anytime you move into a new time zone (or in and out of a state moot using DST as is your case). I'm not sure there's anything else you can do to disable just the DST function other than to disable automatic time zone all together.
