Is there a way to use dual screen apps used on the Duo in other dual screen Android phones?

I'd like to use Outlook and other apps in dual screen mode on my LG Velvet like you can in the duo. Is this possible?

I'm not familiar with the Duo. Stock Android should be able to display in split screen view and it looks like your LG is running at least Android 10 which should have this function. The way you enter split screen on most devices is to open each individually then open your multi-tasking/quick switch screen. Touch the app icon at the top of the app card on that screen and select split screen, then touch the other app. If both are compatible with split screen you should get one on the top and one on the bottom. If either is not compatible you may get a banner or it may not appear in the list. This would depend on the device.

If this doesn't answer you question please provide more details on exactly what you mean. As always more details usually results in more and faster answers, where single line questions are often difficult to always understand and difficult to answer as there are often several possible answers.

Don't mean standard split screen on a single screen device. I have a dual screen device like the duo but MS has optimized apps on that device to use both screens.

I tried looking up your device online and didn't find a dual screen device under that name. The V60 ThinQ comes up as a dual screen LG...? We don't have a Velvet forum but we do have a V60 forum. I think if we moved your post to that forum others with LG dual screen devices would see and be able to answer your question a bit better than here in the general Ask A Question area. It may not be the exact device but it is at least the same brand which may have enough similar characteristics to get better info.
@B. Diddy what do you think?

I could also move this to the G8x forum, since that phone was LG's first dual screen one. Since some members can feel somewhat strongly about where their post is, I'll see if the OP has a preference.
