Is there a way to view new charges/credits/refunds without having to wait until the next bill?

When I log into my Verizon account, it just shows the last statement balance, as well the current balance.

If I've made any purchases, received a refund or trade-in credit, the Verizon website wouldn't show me these. I can call Verizon and ask the rep to read them to me, but that just seems silly. Why can't they put these things in real-time(or near real-time) on my account so I can view them anytime I want?

Once any credits are applied, they'll show up on the website. Both times I got trade-in credits they showed on the site before the bill was generated.

Where would I look for this credit? I've never made use of offers like these and want to make sure I don't miss it.
