Is there a widget like the Google Apps widget?

On the main screen is a Google Apps icon/widget that allows you to put in any icon, not just google ones. Is there a way to add another of these? I do not see them in the widgets. Its nice to have access to more things on the first screen. Thanks.

Just drag one icon onto another and it will create a folder and you can name it to what ever you like
