Is there a write sd fix for lollipop yet

Just bought a tablet but I can't write anything to the SD card I'm thinking I need permission. I'm using 5.0 lollipop I tried sdfix apps but none work. Any help I appreciate it thank you

The ROM has to be rooted in order to apply the fix, because it's applied to a system file. If you can root, you can use any of the "fix" apps (or even do it manually if you know what to change in which file - it's 3 lines added to one file - but you still have to be rooted).
