Is there an app that can automatically populate an excel spreadsheet?

I'm working on a personal budget. I've got everything I need on Excel, but I want to be able to update it on my phone. Is there an app that will make editing a spreadsheet not quite as clunky?

No, you'd have to write that yourself - and then I'd recommend that you use a SQLite database, not a spreadsheet.
