Is there an app that will allow me to choose which display device to output video to?

Android car stereo, output video to component

I recently purchased a droid car stereo from Xtrons, and the only gripe I have with it, is that the only way to output video to my fold down dvd player (rca style component video input) is to play a real DVD. I would like to play movies off usb/SD and output them to the fold down display.
I used to have a windows CE based stereo that could output video to my fold down player, even from an SD card.
its using 4.4 kitkat android.
So my question is, do you know of any apps that will let you choose which display device to output video to? Or a screen mirroring app that will mirror the main screen with any connected display device?

I bought it off ebay, if you search for "Android 4.4 Toyota Car Stereo DVD Player GPS Radio Mirroring Corolla Hilux Prado" you will find it.
Its the xtrons one
