Is there an app that would ask you questions at random times of day?

I have a bunch of stuff that I have to always know by heart, immediately.
Many of those things I don't use in my everyday life and I tend not to think about it.
So I would like to have an app that would question me a few items a day so my brain is trained to respond in any circumstance.
Like a flashcard app with random pop up notification.
Do you know if such a thing exist? Thanks in advance!
