Stream Line My Note 5

Is there an App or anything I can to To ensure That My Note is running the Best it can, Seems to Me that a Lot of Apps are always running that I do not need running , Can anyone help me Stream line My Note 5 ?

I wouldn't worry about open apps in RAM--remember that Android prefers to keep RAM relatively full, and will therefore open apps automatically, based on usage patterns. If there are preinstalled apps you never use, you can always Disable them in the App Manager.
