Is there an app which will allow me to retain the custom order of my iTune playlists?

I have created some playlists from individual tracks I've imported into iTunes and customised the order in which I want them played. As I add tracks I can place them wherever I want in the playlist so the tempo is similar etc. Some of my playlists are over 60 tracks long and when I imported them on to my android phone the custom order is not an option in any of the players I have tried (Samsung's generic one, Rocket player and Google play). I don't want to have to rename the tracks with sequential numbers etc just be able to move the tracks up or down the list. Does anyone know of an app that will allow me to do this. I would be very grateful.
I am also looking for an app that will allow me to custom order photos in folders I have created so I can determine which images show up first.
