I have searched on several forums, Google, ect, but no solution.
Here's my specific problem.
I have a Samsung class10 16g micro sd. I have uploaded to the card by the sd port on my pc, and downloaded through the phone various files/ mp3, mp4, pdf, jpg, ect...
The pics show up in the gallery, along with the videos, the music shows in the player, and files through a shortcut. No issue for a few weeks, then all of a sudden I'll open the music player, or gallery, and I have no files. I can access all of the files from the file explorer, and they work properly. The phone just isn't recognizing the card when loading media. I never get a corrupt card message, or a unmounted message, it just won't read the card for media. I have tried several different music players, video players , gallery apps, but nothing works. If I back up the card, format, then reload the files it will work fine for a few weeks again. I have tried a few cards from other devices, like my old camera, and my son's phone & tablet. I get the same result, and those devices continue to operate without fail.
Any ideas?
