Is there any problem of charging Note 3 with 5.0V instead of 5.3V?

Is there any problem of charging Note 3 with 5.0V output instead of 5.3V which is the original charger for the Note 3?

You can use it. It will charge slower. Depending on the charger, you may get a warning that it is not the genuine charger or something similar and/or you may also get a slow charge icon in the notification bar. But it will not harm anything.
