is there any solution of purple and green small dots on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Screen ?

My Phone is Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, couple of weeks before i dropped it screen glass protector get damage but the screen has no issue at that time , after few days it again dropped from my hands on the surface (Tough Tiles) and this time it has tiny little green and purple dots on the upper left corner and the infected screen is half inch approximately. it has any solution except Replacement ?
