Is there any way to flash a tablet if the usb is diabled?

I'm using my tablet to flash another tablet but the USB is disabled. Note: Internally enabling it is NOT an option!

Not sure how you can flash one tablet to another but no USB working it definitely won't flash, can ask XDA Forum , sometimes you can flash a update with SD card but that was back in the days with Samsung
