Before I upgraded to Android 9 the Samsung web browser, whenever I would go to watch a video would give me a little circular pop up on the right side that I could tap to open the video using they're Samsung player in full screen. Since upgrading this no longer appears and it doesn't seem as though Samsung support know what they are talking about as they told me to clear the cache I responded with that didn't work and they told me I have the wrong support form for what I was trying to fix.
