I hate calling them. Was hoping there was another way. I am only doing it for rewards anyway, not worth the hassle of calling in. Sent from my Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 3 via Tapatalk Pro

My problem is that you can't have a credit over $500. So say that I have credit of $499. I cannot make a $2 payment as I would exceed $500 in credit Sent from my Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 3 via Tapatalk Pro

Try sending a check in to them the old fashion way. If your trying to take care of your bill for a while, another option is get a Verizon gift card load up and you can pay from that.
