Is there anyone of restoring data from a water damaged phone?

My phone was damaged by water yesterday and will not turn on at all despite being dried out. It is a Samsung galaxy s6 edge. Is there any way of me restoring my contacts and photos onto my new phone?

Welcome to Android Central! If you didn't backup or sync that data, then you'd have to look into a forensic data recovery specialist, which would not be cheap. In the future, you can avoid this problem by making sure save all of your contacts to your Google account (and not the local Phone account), and by taking advantage of Google Photos auto-backup.

I've often wondered how much those kinds of services charge, and how successful they are. Anyone have any experience with them?
