Is there anyone out there that can root stock 2.3.3

i was one of the first to send my g2 in for exchange and now im stuck without root this thing is patched like no other i was jut hoping someone here could help me get this thing rooted

Have you tried the downgrade/root method over on the XDA forum? I read many users have been successful following this guide. I believe Setherio is the OP.
