Is there anyone who can help me get back to my stock htc one m8?

My m8 is international version and my CID is HTC__J15 and my version main number is 4.16.401.10 and my bootloader is unlocked and software status: Modified and S-ON. i previously rooted it and then i used a method to unroot it by just deleting the SU files from the custom recovery. Then i used the Htc one toolkit to flash my stock recovery but after i go to recovery it shows (((E:missing bitmap oem_unlock_bg
(code -1)
E:missing bitmap oem_unlock_bg_yes
(code -1)
E:missing bitmap oem_unlock_bg_no
(code -1)
write host_mode success
handle_cota_install: No CW files. Skip cw installation)))
so can anyone help me to get back to full stock?

Your HTC is S-ON? Not S-Off Correct?

Yes it is S-ON. I never tried S-OFF.
