Is there anything I need to watch videos stored on the N7 on my TV screen? The TV I have has a usb port so can the TV be used as a monitor of sorts to watch videos I have on the N7?

There are a ton of threads on this already, but the short version is that there is no wired way to get video from a N7 to a TV.
