Is there anything like iPhone's voice texting in Android?

I don't know what kind of background you have, but this is what I have with Chomp SMS...And i can't get anywhere close to this with Verizon messaging app!

So, this is what my Verizon Messages+ looks like today. No bubbles and more of a dark theme. The bubbles can be flat, round, squared off, any color you like, or no bubbles at all.

I also tend to match the keyboard to the theme I set up. That's why I have a little orange in this one.

I never got used to Hangouts when it first hit, so I have been using Evolve SMS as my default SMS/MMS app - https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...com.klinker.android.evolve_sms&token=Xkkn-_xC

With Evolve SMS, I can start a new conversation or add to an existing one, tap the "attach" paper clip icon, and then select "Record audio". The recipient doesn't need to be using a special app to receive as it is simply an MMS attachment.

I think this is as close as you might get to the iMessage feature.

I have WiFi calling with Sprint. I love it. Since I have such lousy reception here in the mountains, I can use my wifi to get and send texts and calls. I've not tried it away from home because I usually have great reception everywhere but the house. Figures, don't it?

T-Mobile makes their commercials sound as if they are the only one.

T-Mobile was the first -- and they're the only one who has it on 100% of the phones they sell currently (and future ones). Sprint only has it on a few select devices. That is why T-Mobile advertises like that.

Textra definistly does this because I've mistaken the mic button with the mic button for voice actions on my Google keyboard. I really don't see the appeal in this though.
