Is there anyway to improve the "frames per second" FPS rate on my Samsung Galaxy tab 3

I play an aerial combat simulation game on my Tab 3 but the gameplay is poor due to very low FPS. I've deleted and uninstalled all unnecessary apps and I constantly clean out my Cache etc, but only occasionally are my FPS above about 20, which makes gameplay tolerable. It's usually around 4-13. Is there anyway to improve upon the FPS?

Highly unlikely. It has more to do with the underpowered hardware that the tablet has. You'd be better off finding a newer and more powerful tablet if gameplay performance is important to you.
