Is there anyway to modify tab "Time" in pictures ?

I have a picture that i made a while ago.It was taken on 24-may-2013 but when i see it in the details of the picture,it shows the time is :"25/12/2013 16:18" and i wonder is there anyway possible to change it ? I've tried a few Windows apps to change the date taken but it's still the same
