Is there anyway to recover deleted videos if you have not backed up the files??

I had to reboot my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) where I ended up losing my photos and videos. I did not have the files backed up unfortunately and would live to get the files back if possible.

The whole point of deleting is to remove a file from a system. There's no recovery.
