Is There Anyway To Text/Send & Recieve Pic Msgs While Your Phone Is Off Using Wi-fi?
I tried using Pinger but it kinda works, i cant recieve pic msgs but can send them
HELP PLEASE ! ! ! !

The only reliable option is sending through email and have the other party send to your email. You need 3g for MMS
