Is there Chinese language support after Kit Kit update?

Is there Chinese language support after the Kit Kit update? I'm not talking about Chinese input, just to be able to display the fonts to Simplified Chinese.

It's exactly what I am asking for but I haven't heard from anyone who owns the US version to be able to get Chinese language displayed on the OS. I can't get the Global version since I would be using the phone for T-mobile.

I own the US version -- go to "language & input" setting, touch top row: 'language', scroll all the way down and both traditional and simplified chinese are definitely available.
