Is this a virus or an important folder created by the phone

I have a folder on my Samsung Galaxy s5, it has 3 files, all just miscellaneous characters, the first file says "this directory is very important do not delete", but I'm worried it might be a virus, how can i check? Whenever i delete it, another folder with simal contents takes its place just under a new name

It might be a certain app on your phone thats placing these folders on your phone....if not then you're going to have to download some kind of antivirus from the google playstore and use it to scan your device, if there is a virus then that should take care of it.
