Which device is that? It's not a native Android "feature." It's probably related to the launcher -- are you using the stock launcher or an alternative one?

Nexus 6 on Nougat. Funny you mention a Launcher, I installed and then thought I deleted the BlackBerry HUB App. Apparently this persisted or I haven't found all its parts when I deleted them?? I did reboot a few times since but still it persists.

Update: yes it was bb launcher, I switched back, but now I can't figure how to delete it off my phone.

You mean you can't Uninstall it? Does it show up in Settings>Security>Device Administrators​?

It's OK now, when I determines it wasn't in the same menu to active launcher but rather in the list of Applications where I could delete, with ur help I figured it out!
