Is this firmware website legitimate?

I've been searching for lollipop 5.1.1 firmware and found one here

Are the files here legitimate? I don't want to start reverting back to lollipop and brick my phone from a bad file..

They used to be. I used to go there back in my days of the Galaxy S (Samsung Epic 4g) to get new firmware when they were pushing them out. I've heard nothing about them NOT being good still. They have updated the listings for the Note 4 on T-Mobile so they're keeping up to date.
