Is this notification dangerous ?

Hi
Well i m facing a problem , an annoying one , there is a notification that pops up sawing com.cleanmaster.app.... tries to install i always cancel it but then it starts to appear another one called calculator i did a reset to my phone factory then after one or 2 days the com.cleanmaster.app.... started to pop up again , i received another notification from Google protect saying this app is harmful and may cause damage to my phone and steal my private things i have a screen shot but i do not know how to send it please help me it is really annoying me
